Lia and Dave’s wedding on Saturday was simply incredible. Nothing was lacking. They not only had a great group of family and friends who celebrated all night with them, but they also paid close attention to the details that go into making a wonderful wedding. It was truly an honor to get to photograph their day!
The morning started off with the ladies getting their hair done at Capristo Salon in Shadyside. Then it was back to the hotel for makeup and getting dressed, followed by a limo ride downtown for the ceremony at Trinity Cathedral. Following the ceremony, Lia and Dave and their bridal party hopped on a Molly’s Trolley and rode around town for photos at the north shore and in Oakland. Everyone ended up at the elegant Pittsburgh Athletic Association for an incredible reception full of dancing and good music courtesy of Studio E. Band! A big congratulations to Lia and Dave!
Lia and Dave’s dog, Cha-chi had the honor of being the ring bearer.

Not only was the Rib Fest going on by the north shore, but there was also a big boat docked there….and of course lots of people enjoying the nice weather.

For once, the carousel in Oakland was open…but sadly, not working!

My take on the Mellon building pillar shot.

Lia’s brother is amazing on the guitar, and he treated the crowd to a couple of songs.

They did a switcheroo on the garter removal…Lia took the garter off of Dave’s leg!

Once again, a big congratulations to Lia and Dave!
