It was finally here. The day had finally come for Susie and Nick’s wedding last Friday, and I was so excited for them! Everything was perfect–all of Susie’s beautiful fall-themed decorations, the weather, and of course the celebration.
Susie began the day getting ready with her girls at the hair salon. Then everyone met up at the Mayernik Center for some photos before heading to the ceremony at St. Cyril’s of Alexandria Church. After exchanging vows and rings, Susie and Nick and their guests headed back to the Mayernik Center for a great reception.
Susie and Nick decided to see each other before the ceremony to maximize their time for photos. Although I know it’s not for everyone, I really do love “first looks” because they give the bride and groom a few minutes to themselves to soak in the moment they first see each other. Susie and Nick’s first moments together were so sweet, and I loved being able to capture them, as well as the whole story of their day.
A big congratulations to these two on their incredible wedding!
