Getting great photos of you and your family shouldn’t only happen on your wedding day. Life changes so quickly, and photos can help document some of those important memories. The hundreds of snapshots you can take with your digital camera just don’t compare to the quality of professional photos. So when Jamie contacted me a few weeks ago about getting some portraits of her and her husband around Pittsburgh, I couldn’t be more excited to take them.
Jamie and Travis have been married for five years, and though neither are from Pittsburgh originally, it’s been their home for several years now. They love the city, especially going down to the Strip District and enjoying its sights, sounds, and smells. Unfortunately, work is taking them to Texas (hey, I love that place, too!), and they’ll be moving from the city of bridges very soon. So it was important to Jamie and Travis to get some photos of them around Pittsburgh before they left. I couldn’t agree more!
Here’s some of the highlights of our nice evening exploring the city together (complete with some typical Pittsburgh construction and traffic).
