Pittsburgh Wedding Vendor Reviews | Karrie Hlista Designs

Continuing with my series of Pittsburgh wedding venue and vendor reviews, today I wanted to highlight the beautiful work of Karrie Hlista, a floral designer whose shop is located just outside of Pittsburgh.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Karrie on several occasions, and I’m always impressed with her creative vision and ability to construct the perfect arrangements for each of her clients. Finding the right florist who “gets” what you want for your wedding and will work with you to create it is so important. Flowers not only bring beauty to your dresses and decor, they can really turn the ordinary into extraordinary and set the theme for your reception. Karrie really knows her art, and she will work with you to find the right flowers and colors for your day. I highly recommend her, so definitely check out her website for more information.

And here are just a few samples from weddings she’s done with me. The first up are flowers from Carlyn and Brian’s gorgeous summer wedding at the Edgeworth Country Club.

I loved the hint of blue she used to accent the bridesmaids’ dresses.

If you’re looking for a white wedding bouquet, this one is it. Gorgeous.

The table arrangements were also clean and simple. Perfect for the elegant atmosphere at the Edgeworth Country Club.

These next photos are from Lindsay and Aaron’s fall wedding at the Le Mont in Pittsburgh.

I absolutely adored the bridesmaid’s bouquets. Those fern-like tendrils are incredible! (sorry I don’t know what they’re called…ask Karrie!)

And Lindsay’s bouquet was just as amazing.

At the reception, Karrie incorporated Lindsay and Aaron’s wine theme by adding some grapes to the table arrangements.
