One of the fun surprises waiting for me when I got back to Pittsburgh was several copies of the latest WHIRL wedding guide. I would link to the WHIRL website, but it appears to be down right now. Either way, this is a local wedding guide that provides great tips and advice for brides planning a Pittsburgh wedding.
