Well, originally I was going to talk about storage solutions for your photos…I know, an exciting topic. But then I got sidetracked, had a couple of appointments, and the next thing I know it’s 4:30pm. So I thought I’d save that intriguing topic for another day and instead share a life goal of mine.
It’s my philosophy that engagement sessions should be fun. I want my couples to enjoy the experience, and I want their love and relationship to shine through their photos. The location, to me, is really secondary. I could photograph a couple in the parking lot of Walmart and still make it look fun and romantic. Any takers?
The day started off bright and sunny…in Pittsburgh. But meanwhile it was raining cats and dogs in Milwaukee, WI, where we were scheduled to fly for Sarah and Russell’s wedding. OK, a little rain isn’t going to hurt a plane (like my rhyming?), but seven inches of rain in two hours…that’s not good. As Jay and I finished packing up our suitcases and gathered all our photography equipment, we kept checking the website for our flight’s status. It still said it was on time…but at the same time it said the airport was closed indefinitely.
