			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This week&#8217;s theme at <a href="http://iheartfaces.blogspot.com/">i heart faces</a> is &#8220;dramatic B&#038;W,&#8221; where all the entries need to be a black and white photo that is &#8220;dramatic.&#8221;  While I&#8217;m sure that term varies with personal interpretation, they explain that the photo can&#8217;t be a regular portrait just converted to B&#038;W.  And, for this particular entry, as long as a person is visible in the photo, we don&#8217;t necessarily have to show their face. </p>
<p>When I read the entry description, the only &#8220;dramatic B&#038;W&#8221; photos I could think of were the ones I took on the night of the <a href="http://www.birchtreephotographyblog.com/2010/02/snow-art/">huge February snow storm</a>.   While the focus on this particular photo is somewhat soft, I kind of think it lends itself to the mysterious coldness of the image.  The dark figure is Jay walking back to our house as the snow continues to swirl down.<br />
