Sun Flare | I ♥ Faces Week 46

This is an exciting week at I ♥ Faces as the fabulous Becker is the judge. That being said, I had a hard time finding a sun flare photo that I really liked. As I started searching through past weddings and engagement shoots this year, I began to realize just how many cloudy days we’ve had in Pittsburgh. Seriously. It was like, “cloudy, cloudy, rainy, kind of a little bit of sun, cloudy, and finally–sun!” So, this shot is from Kate and Alex’s beautiful (and sunny) wedding back in August.

My favorite part is that the bride, all in white, is situated in the darkest section of the image, making her a standout AND a knockout! Fun composition! I've seen jumping bridal parties but never parading bridal parties, clever!
