I must say that my choice for this week’s i ♥ faces theme, “Sweet Dreams” is really more for personal reasons than the technical aspect of the photo. As I was trying to decide which photo to use, I did think of the beautiful newborn session I did a few weeks ago and knew some photos from that would be perfect…but…I think I’m going to go with this one of my two favorite “boys.”
This was taken a couple of years ago after Jay and I returned from a long road trip. He was exhausted, and well Astin was…his usual sleepy self. Still, I was proud of myself for snapping this photo without waking either of them up. (Eh, sorry about Jay’s hairy leg!)

Tomara - I think it’s great technically! The b&w color is perfect and the composition is great – I like how the two subjects are split. The perspective is good, too (even with the hairy legs which I wouldn’t have noticed at first glance). Great photo!
