Seven Oaks Country Club Wedding | Lindsey and Kyle

Lindsey and Kyle had the most beautiful day for their wedding last Saturday. I had been looking forward to their wedding ever since I met with them! And after their fun engagement session around downtown Pittsburgh, I was especially excited to photograph their big day.

The morning started off at the salon with Lindsey and her mom, sister, and mother-in-law-to-be. The guys got dressed and made their way to First Presbyterian Church in Beaver, PA, where Kyle practiced for the song he would sing to Lindsey during the ceremony. After they exchanged rings and vows, Lindsey and Kyle headed back to her parent’s property, where we got some gorgeous photos by an old barn and even got to borrow her mom’s horse for a few pictures. If you know anything about me, it’s that I love horses, so I was in heaven.

Lindsey and Kyle celebrated the night away at the lovely Seven Oaks Country Club where once again, the talented Jeremy Ganss provided great music. Lindsey’s parents also had a couple of great surprises for them, including an incredible fireworks display. And when I say incredible, I really do mean it. But what was most fun for me was just seeing how totally in love Lindsey and Kyle are. A big congratulations to these two wonderful people!

Since Lindsey and Kyle met while acting in their school’s production of Grease, Lindsey’s dad also surprised them with a slideshow of their time in the play.

Nicole - I just discovered your blog this morning through Google and I have not been able to stop reading it since then. You have truly amazingly gorgeous pictures! As a newbie photographer I have found your informational posts invaluable. Your work is also very inspirational for me since I have been struggling with finding my “own style” and thinking that I may have to change the aesthetic I like to better fit into a mold. But it is refreshing to see a photographer that truly highlights and captures all those special candid moments and doesn’t have a blog filled with posed fashion spread shots. You truly capture what is real, authentic, and rings true and I thank you for the inspiration 😉

Frank - It looks like it was a fun wedding!

Milla - Awesome, awesome, awesome. Love the horses, the fireworks, the last photo. LOVE them!

Nancy - I couldn’t pick a favorite. But, if I HAD to choose, the one of her dad at the bottom of the stairs would certainly be in the running. His face tells his heart.

Mark Schwarz - The fireworks pictures are probably my favorites.
