Fourth of July Fun | Big Butler Fair

Ok, so maybe it’s a week and a couple days late, but I thought I should finally blog my photos from the 4th of July. Jay and I decided to have some good ol’ fashioned American fun this year by going to the Big Butler fair (the largest fair in Western Pennsylvania!) with some friends. We had a lot of fun with some demolition bus derby watching, fatty fair food eating, farm animal petting, and of course, fourth of July fireworks spectating.

And this was one of the better looking buses by the end of the show.

I often like to “shoot from the hip,” not knowing what I’ll capture. I had no idea I took this until I got home. Just some regular fair-goers.

Beacons of greasy goodness.

Jay found a new friend.

My favorite, of course, were the horses.

What are you looking at?

I don’t think this guy got first place based on looks.

Looks like this kid hit the jackpot.

Brittany - My favorite is the sheep face too! Talk about some serious expressions you captured on the animals (I love them).

Mark Schwarz - My favorite is the sheep face looking at the camera.

I believe the caption should be …. “Do these earrings make my neck look too long?”.
