Dear Spring: Where Are You?

It is beautiful, I must concede. The freshly fallen fluffy snow does make everything look pretty. But honestly, about this time of year all I can hope for is signs of spring. Everything just seems a bit dead and tired–even my blog!

Regular readers will notice I haven’t been posting five days a week as I normally do. It’s because I’m lacking anything fresh to bring to the table right now. The winter months are a slow time for me–which is wonderful, as it allows me to catch up on everything else. But it also means I have very little to share. So instead of creating drivel, I’ve just not posted anything when I’ve had nothing to write. Except for today. This post is probably drivel…random musings…a recycled photo.

The good news is that I do have some very exciting and fun things coming up in the next few weeks and months. Can anyone say Royal Wedding? Just kidding…mostly. You’ll see!

In the meantime, enjoy this harbinger of spring…absent from today’s snowy scene but expected one of these days soon. I promise this blog will get more interesting again soon!

Nancy Schwarz - You should see the redbud trees in San Antonio. The boughs are heavy with blooms! Hang in there; spring will make its way to Pittsburgh soon. Beautiful picture on your post, though.
