I have to start by saying I loved photographing Jen and Brian’s wedding last Friday. Besides the fact that we had beautiful, clear weather (a rarity for Pittsburgh!), Jen and Brian are two wonderful people with incredible family and friends. It was such an honor to capture the story of their day.
We started off the morning at Jen’s friend’s house, where the lovely ladies got their hair and make-up done. Then we were off to Church of the Assumption in Bellevue, a gorgeous site for the ceremony. After Jen and Brian exchanged vows and became Mr. and Mrs., we headed over to Shannopin Country Club near Ben Avon for photos and the reception. So, so fun!
Loved the reaction of Jen’s bridesmaids when they saw her in her dress.
OK, Jen’s coolness factor went through the roof when she told me she bought parasols for her bridesmaids. LOVED THEM. (note to brides: these are definitely a great idea for summer weddings!)
See? It was a fun group of guys and gals.
