Longue Vue Country Club Wedding | Jenn and Ryan

There’s a special sweetness between Jenn and Ryan that’s impossible to ignore when you’re around them, so naturally their wedding was a beautiful overflow of their relationship. Their details were romantic…their celebration was festive with a great show of love from their family and friends…and the day passed too quickly! I was especially impressed with Jenn’s way of honoring their guests (and creating a seating chart) by using their guests’ wedding photos (even mine was there!) to mark the names and places.

Everyone enjoyed the celebration at the Longue Vue Country Club with once again, Jeremy’s talent keeping the party going late. A big congratulations to Jenn and Ryan! Here are just a few favorite moments from their day.

Heinz History Center Wedding | Erin and Joe

After a rainy, sleety engagement session, Erin and Joe were due for a beautiful, sunny day for their wedding. Fortunately, they got one. I could not have been more happy for them. They celebrated their marriage surrounded by family and friends (and may I say the most happy-tearful bridal party??) at the Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh.

Erin’s details…and I say Erin’s because I know she put many, many hours into them…were simply incredible. The colors were beautiful, the flowers amazing (thanks to April of Mocha Rose), and the food was delicious. In fact, I get hungry every time I look at photos of the cupcakes as I’m editing them. To top it off, they had a great reception of dancing and music in Jeremy Ganss‘ capable hands. A big congratulations to Erin and Joe!

Family

While it may appear as though I’ve disappeared from the face of the earth, I’ve actually just been in Texas visiting my family. Or to be more specific, Harriet was making her rounds, garnering as much attention as possible from grandparents, aunts and uncles, and even her great-grandmother. Needless to say, I didn’t take any work with me! So that means I’ve got a lot of catching up to do and a lot of great things to share on the blog in the next coming weeks.

In the meantime, I wanted to post just one quick photo from the trip. I love this one of Harriet sandwiched between her Nana and great-grandmother, Mimmie. She seems to be enjoying the attention. And the camera.

Oakmont Country Club Wedding | Jill and Justin

With their families and friends surrounding them, Jill and Justin celebrated their marriage in style at the Oakmont Country Club following a beautiful ceremony at Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church. I must say, Jill (and her mom!) is a girl after my own heart with her love of horses, and I enjoyed seeing all the horse things in their home as she got ready. Their home was also the perfect setting for Jill and Justin’s first look–a great moment between the two of them. And for everyone spying on them from the house, too!
